P: Quien esta invitado al Banquete de Voluntarios?  R: Toda persona que haya servido en cualquier área de ministerio durante el 2010 y haya recibido la invitación es bienvenida para asistir al banquete.

P: Cuando será el evento y cuanto costara este año? Puedo registrar en la puerta?   R: El evento es gratis este año pero Ud. tiene que registrarse y recibir sus boletos para entrar.  El último día de inscripcion es el Sábado 22 de enero.  Porque tenemos que entregar un numero exacto de personas que van asistir el evento con anticipacion, no puede registrarse el dia del banquete.

P: Es fromal el evento  R: Si!  El evento es formal.  Vengan listo para tomar fotos!      

P: Puede mi esposo/a asistir al evento, aunque el/ella no sean voluntarios?  R: Absolutamente.  Si eres un voluntario,  pero tu esposa/o  no, te animamos a invitar a tu esposo/a que venga a compartir tu reconocimiento.  

P: Los niños y/o adolescentes  pueden asistir al evento?  R: No se permiten niños al evento.  Padres que asistan con niños no podrán entrar al evento.   Esta cláusula será cumplida estrictamente.  Adolescentes y Jóvenes  podrán asistir al evento si han servido en algún área del ministerio en particular en el 2010  y han registrado y recibido un boleto.

Questions&Answers  -Volunteer Banquet 2010

Q: Who is invited to the Volunteer Banquet?  A:  Every person who has served in an area of ministry in 2010 and has received an invitation is welcomed to attend the banquet.

Q: When is the event and what is the cost this year?  The volunteer banquet is free this year, but you must register and receive tickets to attend.  The last date to register is Saturday,  January 22cd.  Because we must submit a count of how many people will attend prior to the day of the banquet, we will not be able to register people on the day of the event.

Q: Do I have to dress up?  A:  Absolutely.  The event is  a formal occasion.   Come ready to take pictures.    

Q: Can my spouse attend the event, even though she/he is not a volunteer?  A:  Yes.  If you are volunteer, but your spouse is not, we encourage you to invite your husband/wife to share in your recognition.    

Q: Are children/teens allowed to attend the event?  A:  The event will not allow children.  Parents who arrive with children will not be allowed to enter the event.   This policy will be strictly enforced.  Pre-teens/Teens are only allowed to attend the event if they have served in a particular area of ministry in 2010 and have registered and received a ticket.
